Kiersten Farrell, LPC, LSATP, Owner

Your present circumstances don’t determine where you go; they merely determine where you start. You have already taken such a huge step by researching therapists today. Welcome to my profile! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner. I have worked in college, hospital, and outpatient settings with kids, teens, adults, couples and parents. I have extensive experience with substance use and abuse patterns, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and behavioral struggles, relationship issues and narcissistic abuse, sports related stress, and major life transitions.

Kiersten approaches clients from a holistic viewpoint, paying attention to their mental, spiritual and physical well being. Additionally, she looks into each client's internal family system... in other words, the parts of yourself that have been affected by trauma and life struggles, feel lost, desire healing, and are ready for change.

Kiersten believes that therapy is challenging, yet opens many doors to self-growth, self-discovery, and self-acceptance. She aims to create an environment where her clients can fully explore themselves in their past, current and future circumstances. Through collaboration with her clients, she helps them steer on their journeys through life.
